My favourite place is Masca, which is a little group of houses, that belong to Buenavista del norte in Tenerife island. It is in Teno, the north of Tenerife. You can see here, beautiful views of the mountains, a very nice ravine. It is also a site with special plants like “Cardones” and “Tabaibas”. Here people usually do hiking, climbing and take pictures from the amazing views, plants and animals that live in Masca.

You can visit an ethnographic museum where you can see typical pottery, and ancient agricultural tools.

Some people sometimes go walking through the paths to the coast of Masca where you can go swimming and finally you can rent a boat to go back.

Yacht Clubs

Hi! My name is Ana Jing and I'm going to talk about my favourite place.

I love yacht or sailing clubs. There are a lot of them in Tenerife. You can do everything there, for example practising any sport, swimming in the swimming pool, play other games, get a tan, eat nice food and enjoy with friends or family, etc.

I think it is better to go in summer because the weather is warmer than in other seasons, but you can also go at weekends because there are always interesting activities to do.

 If you a have membership card, you will get in for free. If you haven’t got it, you  must buy one, or you can sometimes be a guest, if any of your friends is a member.

There are gyms, swimming pools, football fields, tennis and basketball courts, common rooms, toilets, nice gardens, restaurants and bars.

In summer you can sign up in many short courses: swimming, basketball, tennis, padel tennis, football…

These places  are big, colorful, shady, pleasant, lively and peaceful. They are usually near the coast and the weather is sunny and warm. Some of these  clubs can be   windy at times. I usually go to  Bajamar Yacht Club in the north of  the island, and it is windy there at times. There are many other  sailing clubs in Tenerife, for example in Santa Cruz, Puerto de La Cruz, Icod, Güimar, etc. I hope you like  yacht clubs.

                          

                                    My favorite place!

 My favorite place is Icod de los Vinos. It´s on the north of the island. It´s a very nice place to visit. I t´s verypicturesque and very nice too.

It has a lot of cultured places to visit. There you can walk troughgh its nice streets.

There is a very old tree called Drago.

It´s very big, next to it is a butterfly museum and another of guanches one. They are very interesting to visit.

There are alot of squars with nice gardens
